Moscow – Russia’s FSB Releases Alleged Letter On US Spying

The FSB said the letter was found on a U.S. diplomat, who they claim is a CIA agent caught trying to recruit a member of one of Russia’s special services. There was no immediate response from the U.S. State Department. This is the Associated Press’ translation of the typewritten letter shown on Russian state television channels:

    Some factions in the Kremlin are seeking to derail closer ties between Putin & Obama by orchestrating this 3rd rate operation. CIA never puts instructions in writing in a letter. O is supposed to be in Moscow soon for talks about Syria.
