Saint Regis Mohawk Tribal Chiefs Barbara Lazore and Lorraine White, along with Sullivan County officials and residents supporters of a Caskills casino, will be in Albany today to call on Governor Pataki to take the last step needed to approve a casino at Monticello Raceway. The application for the casino needs Pataki’s signature.
