New York – A judge that wanted to see all email correspondence between the Brooklyn district attorney’s office and CBS Corp. in order to establish who has editorial control over a television series that a political opponent described as a campaign ad, has ruled this afternoon that the show can go on, according to a tweet of NY daily News reporter Oren Yaniv.
