La Paz, Bolivia – Minister: Bolivian President Will Not Meet With Jacob Ostreicher

REUTERS/Danilo BalderramaLa Paz, Bolivia – The Minister of the Presidency, Juan Ramon Quintana, announced on Friday that Bolivian President Evo Morales will not meet with Jacob Ostreicher, the U.S. investor who is currently on house arrest and who has been held in Bolivia since his 2011 arrest for money laundering.

    ANF (http://bit.ly/139TqXA) reports that Ostreicher had requested a meeting with Morales in hopes of asking him for his freedom through two letters sent during the past few weeks.

    Mr. Open-Your-Eyes. Meanwhile those togs on which seventy percent of the ministry are already in jail for coorruption and now these togs took away his money, His health. His freedom. And guess what he wasn’t even charged. This is just amazing. Please enlighten me what’s going on. Maybe I am missing something.
