    New York, NY – The city’s department of investigation is urging New Yorkers to speak out if they “see something crooked.”

    A new hot line was announced Wednesday to take calls about corruption. The number is 212-3-NYC-DOI.

    Department of Investigation Commissioner Rose Gill Hearn says 3,000 posters will be featured on city buses, subway lines and stations. It’s the first time an anti-corruption poster campaign has been launched in the five boroughs. The posters were created by afg& and ask the question “See Something Crooked NYC?”

    Department of Investigation probes refer for prosecution city employees and contractors engaged in corrupt, fraudulent or unethical conduct.

    The New York Police Department made the slogan, “If You See Something, Say Something” an integral part of its own media campaign to urge New Yorkers to report suspicious activities.

    Booth toll managers receiving a 7 figure yearly salary.
