Ben Kruidbos received a termination letter Thursday accusing him of misconduct and “violating numerous state attorney’s office policies and procedures.”
It accused him of disclosure of confidential information, sabotage of property or equipment, and misuse of state attorney equipment.
Attorney Wesley White says Kruidbos wasn’t surprised by the firing.
Kruidbos retrieved photos and deleted text messages from Martin’s cellphone and testified during a hearing June 6. Zimmerman’s attorneys were seeking sanctions against the state for not properly turning over the evidence from Martin’s phone.
Judge Debra Nelson said she would revisit the matter at the trial’s end.
SUE THE GOVERNMENT and use Zimmerman’s lawyer
Kudos to Ben, I wish we had someone that honorable in the Brooklyn DA’s office.
This is so typical to our (in-)justice system!!! Get an innocent person behind bars so the prosecution can stay with their pride of putting so-called crooks behind bars!!! What a shame!!! Its not even funny!!!
By firing this attorney they’re sending a message to all: Deliver what we want! Guilty or innocent makes no difference at all!!!
And hey, don’t forget – we allways can put anyone behind bars for MAIL FRAUD!!! I will not be surprised if we read in the news that he was arrested again, this time for either tax, bank or mail fraud, like we did with that jew. – our well respected and innocent brother, R’ SM Rubashkin…
He should join this awesome team of Lovely zaidy West and Mr. O’mara.
His wrongful termination lawsuit money will more then make him OK to be “unemployed”…
More evidence on how it’s hard to get a fair trial in the U.S., especially when race is involved, ie. Blacks kill Blacks constantly with no outcry, a “White” kills a Black in self defense should be lynched, according to the civil rights industry. Forget the facts.
No that (the lack of)Justice Dept. interfered with the Judge, will they file a Civil Rights Case against Zimmerman, as the NAACP requested?
System is messed up
Kol hakavod to him for coming out with the truth
