Moses Stern, 60, was driving on 12th Avenue at 48th Street when he tried to pass the victim's car, which was blocking him. Since he could not pass, a furious Stern jumped out of his vehicle and started yelling at the victim.
Stern then grabbed a pipe and repeatedly whacked the victim in the head, causing injuries that required stitches.
Stern was charged with assault, said a spokesman for DA Charles Hynes. [nypost]

While calling Hatzolah and police i asked him what hapend the Yid told me that the goy picked up the bar and he grabbed it from him and protected himself by hitting him, at the time they were both holding on to the bar and wrestling over it.
the rest is history.

While it’s no doubt unacceptable violence it is in no way “road rage at its fiercest”. Many a people have been senslesly murdered over road rage. A few stitches to the head cannot compare.
