New York – The return of Eliot Spitzer and Anthony Weiner to New York City politics is shining a spotlight on those most hurt by their previous scandals: their wives.

Silda Wall Spitzer, who appeared anguished as she stood by her husband when he resigned, is nowhere to be found on the campaign trail as the former governor runs for city controller.
But former congressman Weiner’s wife is taking a very different tact. Huma Abedin (HOO’-muh AB’-uh-deen), a key adviser to Hillary Clinton, is Weiner’s top fundraiser and hit the campaign trail with the mayoral front-runner.
Pundits differ on what impact the wives’ presence will have on voters.
One expert suggests that a wife’s public forgiveness “makes your road back in politics that much easier.” Another says women are more concerned with other issues.
What Weiner did is not in comparison of what Spitzer did. Of course can Weiners wife forgive him more easily then Spitzers
For me, it’s not about forgiveness. It’s about judgement. To run a city like NY, at the very least, you need good judgement. Why would we want a low life to run the city?
Why is the oilam so obsessed with all this shmutz??
They both don’t deserve to hold any elective office and the oilam should not even meet with these candidates (I’m being nice calling then candidates)
Can’t the Jews do better than these two self-serving clowns? We have gone from the days of Arthur Goldberg and Justice Brandeis to guys who send dirty pictures of themselves to underage girls and visit prostitutes using inherited wealth. C’mon Jewish nation, we can do better than this! These two are a shame and disgrace to the Jewish people and they should not be in the public spotlight.
Once a cheater, always a cheater. What if Spitzer had given his lovely wife a disease? She’s so smart and beautiful…why does she keep him?
What the 2 women have in common is that they are both non Jewish women married to purported Jewish candidates who have very low standards of morality.
