Sylvia Stolz, who represented Holocaust denier Ernst Zundel at his trial, also was banned from practicing law for five years.
Stolz disputed the Nazis' mass murder of Jews, called the Holocaust "the biggest lie in world history" and ended a legal document with the words "Heil Hitler."

At the sentencing, Judge Rolf Glenz said she used Zundel's trial in order to deny the Holocaust and to spread revisionist ideas.
"Stolz has a basic reflex to make far-right statements," he said. [AP]

So, Stolz is not a Holocaust Denier’s lawyer (for which she wasn’t imprisoned) but a Holocaust Denier, herself, who’s in need of an attorney.

p.s.: did we ever [for a moment] think that a Holocaust Denier would hire anyone other than their own ilk, as their spokesperson.

Of course Germany does not and cannot have a 1st amendment for freedom of speech. Before we know it, we’ll lose that right in the USA too, just like we have lost other rights as politicians ignore the Constitution.
This kind of inquisition is ridiculous. It’s like Soviet Russia with their show trials and gulag archipelago! Besides, do you know that under international law, Germany is STILL considered occupied by the allies? That’s because since 1945 no government of Germany has ever entered into a formal peace treaty the way Japan did under the Emperor. Same thing for Austria. They are like the Palestine Authority. It’s unbelievable, but true!
