    Michigan – Mitt Romney battled to save his flickering White House hopes Tuesday, as voters in rust-belt Michigan weighed in on the turbulent Republican presidential race in a crucial primary. It appears that Romney has won the primary tonight.

    Actually 2/3rd of voters in the Republican primary were Republican, not Dems or Independents.

    Michigan has no delegates to the Democrat convention. The state lost all its delegates for having the primary too early. So no Democrats campaigned there, and a lot of Democrats would have decided to vote in the Republican primary instead. (That may be why Romney won.) The Republicans were more lenient and only took away half the state’s delegates, so it was worth campaigning there.

    so its on to florida where the great rudy is placing all his bets with all the oppoonents with at least one civotry and several delegates each while has none and none.

    Its also funny that hillary was not challenged for michigan’s delegates.
