Townsend, MA – A Townsend man pleaded guilty in federal court to lying to an FBI agent about sending threatening e-mail to a Jewish teenager, according to the US attorney's office.

Kevin W. Cann, Jr., 24, pleaded guilty to making a false statement to a federal agent and admitted in court that he had sent the e-mail, which included anti-Semitic epithets and stated Cann's intention to harm the teenager.
