You ought to take the $1500 you spend on rent every month and go to school so you will learn how to spell, write and then make some more money so you will be able to live in a regular home…with windows.
We hope that this people will found a batter place where to live.
And we are looking out to the owner to redevelop the building for the needy Williamsburg couples, how now live? In basements with no windows and $1,500.00 rent, and YES they will enjoy the large windows of 475 Kent Ave.
Community activist Isaac Abraham said the owner was working to rectify the situation.
The owner “was caught totally off guard with certain violations,” Abraham said.
The building is owned by Nachman Brach.
