The Attorney General’s Office and the Division of Consumer Affairs announced Tuesday that it has received 584 complaints against Celebration Studios, claiming the Chester-based company and its top official, Marc S. Schwartz, did not deliver contracted services or return deposits when it abruptly shut down this month.
A temporary restraining order now prohibits the company from disposing of photographs, negatives, proofs, videotapes and other material, as well as any consumer deposits and payments. [AP]
