The NYPD has arrested Pavel Andreenko, 22, of 2152 East 18th Street in Brooklyn, and charged him with 44 counts of criminal mischief, and aggravated harassment.

After one of the swastika paintings, police checked a building's security camera and found a videotape of the incident. And what they saw was that the painters coat got smeared from the spray paint.

But the perp got later involved in an accident and was arrested on a charge of menacing the other driver. When investigators looked they noticed that he was wearing the paint-smeared coat, they saw on the security camera.

Police charged Mr. Andreenko with 44 counts of criminal mischief, aggravated harassment and hate-crime violations.
