    Everyone in the area worked under the hypothetical scenario that there was a series of explosions during a basketball game at the arena and that chemical gas had been released. Medical tents, decontamination units and teams played out their rescue plan to get survivors to safety.

    Commanders say it helps to get real world experience to see how they can improve.

    and yet another nail gets hammered into what’s left of the Posse Comitatus Act. It was a quaint bit of history, just like the Bill of Rights.
