Speaking before a security conference, Olmert said Sunday that Benjamin Netanyahu’s public criticism of the American-led nuclear deal with Iran was provocative and counterproductive. He said he too would differ with the American president, but always made sure to do so in private.

In an apparent response, Netanyahu responded that in contrast to others when it came to the vital security of Israel’s citizens “I will not be silent.”

Netanyahu has called the interim deal with Iran a “historic mistake” and declared Israel not bound by the agreement.

Netanyahu believes Iran is determined to produce a nuclear bomb and offering it relief from sanctions at this time amounts to appeasement.

It is simply not true. The relationship between the US and Israel was strong until Obama came and changed the entire philosophy, which no one including Olmert has the know-how to work along in that fashion.

The bad news is that Israel has another 2 years to work with this Regime of Obama, and the good news, that it will take just another two years.

Netanyahu has to understand that Israel remains forever, and Obama is gone in two years, so do not bend and sacrifice your country to a foe like Obama, just because hes president of the USA

Olmert’s time as PM was counterproductive & never should have happened! It’s so easy to knock the current PM because he was never in the situation of America hating us like the Arab in the White House does now. No, instead he had pressure from America to make “piece” with the Arabs & almost caved in so drastically that had his deal gone through we would be in severe danger & would have lost integral parts of our country!

That’s what the Left always does, they blame their own Country for problems it didn’t cause. It’s a disconnect between reality and what passes for their brains.
