Manhattan, NY +FDR Drive South Traffic Alert+ NYPD Highway units on the scene at the southbound lanes of the FDR Drive for a tractor trailer that is wedged under the concrete tunnel roof of the Gracie Mansion overpass at East 90th Street, NYPD ESU and DOT inspector are all responding. The FDR Drive southbound lanes are closed down at this time. Traffic is backed up for miles.
