    Brooklyn +Suspicious Unusual DOA+ A DOA was found insoide a garage that has collased at 1018 East 32nd Street between J and K Ave’s, Hatzolah confirming the DOA and the victim is buried up to his waste in debris inside the collapsed garage, and has been DOA for some time, awaiting Crime Scene to arrive before they can remove the DOA, numerious ESU units responding.

    Frederick Lopez, 32, had been hired to demolish a garage behind a Brooklyn home, and was working on the project Thursday when the collapse occurred.

    People living in the neighborhood apparently heard the sound of the wall falling, but thought nothing of it.

    Lopez lay undiscovered until just before 3 p.m. on Friday, police said. His girlfriend told The New York Times she last saw him at noon on Thursday.

    A spokesman for the city’s building department said the homeowner would likely be cited for failing to obtain a permit for the demolition
