Brooklyn – A politically connected rabbi who runs a Brooklyn girls school is being accused and a lawsuit filed, by another rabbi of stiffing him of $13,500 consulting fee.
In the lawsuit he is being accused of writing three bounced checks.
They first ended up in religious court, and the court gave some payment plan, but that was ignored, claiming “he didn’t remeber what happened, It was many years ago.”
He said he remembers a dispute over the fee but was surprised by the lawsuit, “I’m friends with him, and have known him for many years… He did do some work for the school.”
