Melbourne, FL – Brevard County sheriff’s investigators are searching for three men who waved a gun at a synagogue administrator as they drove near the synagogue entrance off Wickham Road.

The hate crime happened as the administrator walked to his car, smelled smoke coming from his trunk and called police for help.
It was the fourth incident in the last three months involving a house of worship in Brevard County.
The Brevard sheriff’s bomb squad searched the car and used an explosives-sniffing dog to walk the grounds. The employee was shaken but not hurt.
