Washington – U.S. Lawmakers See No Evidence Of Terrorism In Malaysia Jet Crash

Police have revealed that data on Captain Zaharie Ahmad Shah's homemade flight simulator was deleted on February 3. Investigators are trying to access the deleted information. Picture: REUTERSWashington – Senior U.S. lawmakers on Sunday said investigators had found no evidence thus far pointing to terrorism in the disappearance of Malaysia Airlines Flight MH370 three weeks ago, and that it was critical to find the plane to understand what happened on board.

House Intelligence Committee Chairman Mike Rogers and Senate Intelligence Committee Chairman Dianne Feinstein, speaking on Sunday talk shows, said they had seen no evidence of foul play.

“I have seen nothing yet that comes out of the investigation that would lead me to conclude that (this was) … anything other than a normal flight that something happened and something went wrong,” Rogers told “Fox News Sunday.”

U.S. officials close to the investigation said the FBI examined data it received from a home-made flight simulator and other computer equipment used by MH370’s pilots, but found nothing illuminating.

More than two dozen countries and 60 aircraft and ships continued to search for the missing Boeing 777 airliner on Sunday, days before the batteries in the locators attached to its black boxes are set to die.

The Malaysian government has said it believes the plane’s course was altered as a deliberate act, but it remains unclear by whom, or whether the change was made in response to a technical fault.

Rogers said U.S. investigators would conduct a detailed forensic analysis of the computer equipment, even as they continue to investigate the crew and passengers of the plane, but he warned it would take “a tremendous amount of time.”

“We’re just going to have to be patient … as this thing unfolds and the only way to really find out what happened is to try to find the airframe itself or as much of it is intact so they can do the forensic investigation on that,” Rogers said.

Feinstein echoed those remarks on CNN’s “State of the Union” program, saying she had not seen any evidence indicating a terrorist act brought the airplane down.

Asked if she had seen higher resolution satellite images of the possible debris identified in the Indian Ocean than those made public, Feinstein said she had not and suspected intelligence officials did not have such images.

She said the lack of sharpness in the images made public could be linked to the sophistication of the satellite that gathered the imagery, but declined to provide further details.

“You have to understand that American intelligence doesn’t gear itself to be ready for plane crashes. That is not its job.

Our job is terrorism and missile defense and that kind of thing,” she said.

and how about we look at it with more a higher look, hashem created the world and every thing in it by making a yesh me’ein (יש מאין‎), bederech hateva in order to make something one needs supply and tools unlike that is hashem who just makes things yesh me’ein, i mean it might sound that i really know what exactly i’m talking about when unfortunately i dont, but thats not only said for tzadikim in the old times, but also for us that sometimes hashem wants to show the world that יש מנהיג‎ ‎לעולם‎ ‎and like we believe that hashem makes things happen יש מאין‎ ‎so can he make אין מיש and maybe this is another message from hashem that there is no such a thing as something JUST happened, and again i’m not saying that i’m fully in that מדריגה to fully believe in believe in every thing i wrote which i regret that i dont, what i’m trying to suggest is that how about this is just another opportunity for us to increase our אמונה‎ ‎ובטחון.

of course with a Muslim President they won’t find anything against the pilot. they’d rather say the the American company Boeing was at fault.

This is got to be a professional terrorist act. Like 9/11 It seems authorities don’t have a clue yet. I just hope these poor souls might be found alive.

    No foul play, yeah right.

Then the co-pilot saying ‘alright, good night’ must have just meant he was going to lie down and he had to shut it. That sounds pretty logic…

They see no evidence of terrorism? They see no evidence of ANYTHING yet. And what does this have to do with US lawmakers? Are they moonlighting or something?

The article states that more than more than two dozen countries continue searching for the missing plane. The latter statement simply is not true. There are only six nations whom are actively searching by plane and ship for the Malaysian aircraft; they are the USA, Australia, New Zealand, China, South Korea and Japan. France and the UK have also played a supportive role with their satellites.

There is a very clear, logical & knowledgeable theory put forward by an experienced Canadian Pilot, Chris Goodfellow. He suggests that there was an electrical fire, causing the communications to short circuit (as has happened before on other flights), the pilot then makes abrupt left turn to make emergency landing at airport in Palau Langkawi, a 13,000-foot airstrip with an approach over water with no obstacles. The altitude climb & drop (45000 feet to 25000 feet) was to try to put out the fire. This may have worked but the airplane filled up with smoke, suffocating everyone including the pilots. The plane just continued flying south until the fuel ran out.
Its just a theory, but comes from someone with firsthand experience & makes the most sense. Look it & read it in full.
