According to the report, the autopsy results so far indicated that IDF forces were responsible for the death of one of two teens during anti-Israel demonstrations on May 15 in the West Bank.

Palestinian medics have previously claimed that Nuwara and Muhammad Abu Thahr, 16, were shot dead by Israeli troops using live ammunition during the protests.

Ma’an cited an unnamed source familiar with the autopsy proceedings as saying examiners had found bullet piercing in Nuwara’s body, and located entry and exit marks of a bullet.

Forensic investigators were conducting tests on remaining shrapnel and fragments found during the examination, the source said.

Both teenagers were buried the day after they were killed. Palestinian officials said an autopsy would be performed on Nuwara’s body on Wednesday, at his family’s request.

Palestinian, US and Danish pathologists were reportedly present at the autopsy in the Palestinian Institute of Forensic Medicine in the West Bank town of Abu Dis.

Video from security cameras on Palestinian properties close to the scene of last month’s protest showed the two teenagers falling to the ground in separate incidents. Palestinians have claimed that the footage proves that the teenagers were shot despite posing no immediate threat to Israeli forces.

New York-based Human Rights Watch, in a report published on Monday and entitled “Killing of Children Apparent War Crime”, said the Israeli military’s assertion that its forces had not fired live ammunition does not stand up to scrutiny.

Israeli Defense Minister Moshe Yaalon has suggested the surveillance video might have been doctored, an allegation the human rights groups that distributed the material have denied.

The demonstration that Thahr and Nuwara attended was at times violent, with Palestinian youths hurling stones at the Israeli forces. But the security cameras suggested there was no stone throwing going on when the two teenagers were shot.

so what if a soldier made a mistake and used a live round instead of a rubber bullet ,Heaven ! this is going on on a daily basis that these arabs are rioting and throwing stones on the army , imagine if there would be riots and stone throwing at NYC police daily i am sure they would shoot some and arrest all of em

It is incredible that ostensibly frum Yidden would approve of the actions taken by the IDF, in this incident. If the demonstrators were Chassidim who were chas v’shalom killed, you would all be singing a different tune. Yet, because the deceased were of a different ethnic group, they are considered expendable by many!

Rafuel, you have not commented on this specific incident. Rather, you have expounded generalities. In this specific incident, those teenagers, were shot dead by trigger happy members of the IDF, who lives were not in imminent danger. For someone who is frum, you are equating those teenagers, with animals in a zoo. Unfortunately, your mentality is quite prevalent. Yet, when anybody attempts to disagree, they are called “liberal”, “brainwashed”, etc. Look, we had an identical situation happen here in 1970, at Kent State University, in Ohio. There, a number of trigger happy Ohio National Guardmen opened fire with live ammunition on a crowd of students. The students who were killed were not even demonstrating. However, those killers got away with it. At the time, it was common to see such actions in third world countries, where such practice was common. However, in the USA, and now in EY, it is incredible that such events still occur!

To #9 , the same was said of many other instances, which were ultimately proven false, just a production of “Pallywood.” Even if IDF soldiers did fire, rocks can (and have) kill and they have a right to defend themselves.

To #10 - If you look at the video, which shows the two victims just before they were shot dead, the were not engaged in throwing of any rocks.

To #’s 12 & 13- Mr. Rafuel- I sense a lot of anger in your two latest postings. You stated that one of my sentences was incorrect grammatically; however, a review of what your were responding to, did not indicate any grammatical errors. Apropos to your “objective analysis” of Kent State, the four students whom were killed by the Ohio National Guardsmen, were walking away, and were several hundred yards from the Guardsmen; they were not engaged in any rioting. The National Guardsmen were very poorly trained, and should never have been carrying live ammunition. The last time any soldiers fired en masse into crowds, was during the Civil War draft riots in New York City, of 1863. Again, you are referring to your fellow human beings, who are of the Arab persuasion as animals in a zoo. It reminds me of the propaganda, which was published by Der Stuermer during the 1940’s, pertaining to Jews. Shame on you for your bigoted attitudes, and referring to people who disagree with you as “leftists”.
