Seattle, WA – A mistrial has been declared in the trial of Seattle Jewish Federation shooter Naveed Haq after the jury failed to agree on all but one of the 15 charges.

Jurors told the judge today the only count they could agree on is that Haq is not guilty of attempted first-degree murder.
Today was day eight of deliberations, but the past three days raised speculation that a mistrial was coming. On Monday and Tuesday, jurors asked Judge Paris Kallas questions indicating they were deadlocked on the charges. Both times, the judge ordered the jury to continue deliberating.

i know i’ll get flak for this, but hear me out. if haq ym”sh goes to prison, he could potentially become a star in the eyes of other muslim inmates, teaching them how to kill more jews. even if he never gets out, he can still have an impact on the world through followers gained in prison. in a mental hospital, the guards will think he’s crazy, and everyone else genuinely will be crazy. thus, he has no hope of getting others to kill for him.
remember that its more important to save the lives of holy yiddishe neshomos than to put a rosho in prison as “revenge.” we can have no revenge because he is not worth a millionth of a billionth of a trillionth of one hair on the head of one of the Jews he shot.
An arab man decides to go on a well-witnessed Jew killing rampage while screaming “death to Israel” and is aquitted by a Left Coast jury of his peers. So what’s there to be surprised about?
The American Left hates Israel, loves Palestinians and never misses an opportunity to undermine the US Constitution.
The only thing that really surprises me about the incident is that the judge and jury didn’t find the Jewish Federation responsible for the shooting.
There is something _very wrong_ with the people of King county and Seattle in general. And even more wrong than them, are the Jews in this country that continue to support the Left in this country.
Mark Scott, you should know that you are amazingly wrong about the view of this case. Why they think he is not guilty doesn’t make sense to me, but believe me, people want this guy to fry in Seattle. Coming from the area, Jews and Non-Jews alike want this guy to pay for his crime. I grew up in a very packed Xtian area and all of my old friends and their congregations want this guy to be found guilt for EVERYTHING.
Granted, Seattle is a VERY liberal city. But they are trying to do right, this time. Only this time.
He was NOT acquitted, the jury could not reach a verdict. There will be another trial with a new jury.
Is it a jury of his peers – Islamic jihadists.
