In a press release issued on Sunday, the PR company representing Attorney David Fayel said that earlier this year, the man’s wife fled the house during a violent fight between her and her spouse. She then made her way to a friend’s house where she hid out from her husband. Once the husband located her, he called and threatened to kill her, the attorney said he was told by his client.

The husband then made his way to Binyamina, racing on his motorcycle down the coastal highway when he was hit by a ZAKA ambulance and crashed, dying at the scene.

Attorney Fayel said that regardless of what his client’s late husband’s intentions were at the time of his death, the company is still responsible for causing his death.

The lawsuit was issued earlier this month and hearings have not begun in the case.

Ethically speaking, you do not entirely know if he was going to “kill her” or really kill her. If this is a bad sincere hope for a bad publicity, it is horrible. Overall, it is pitiful and one might think she could just remain a woman who has mourning and turn this one over to the authorities. If legal charges are needed thats a positive possibility. But to actually sue, who knows if they had malicious intent from the above story. Still its pretty horrible. Sad story.

Simply amazing. What chutzpah. She should be paying ZAKA. I certainly hope a Judge finds ZAKA to be not at fault. Some of these Motorcyclists drive like lunatics.

Blame the lawyer, not her, who is money hungry. A lawyer like Juroviesky is faulted by a judge for copycatting lawsuits to make money from cases.

In an “ironic” future headline , (same) women dies when she has a heart attack and zaka ambulance can’t reach her because it was invovlved in a accident..a Zaka spokesman said if we would have had more ambulances another one would have reached her , but we can’t afford more ambulances ,because of lawsuit payouts……….

Is this for real? The attorney’s PR firm makes hay of this? How low have we fallen? She should be giving them a medal.

She made a huge mistake. If she hadn’t mentioned anything about the death threat, she would have had a very strong case.

Hopefully decency, common sense and good judgment will prevail, and this woman, and her phony lawsuit, will be thrown out on her you-know-what.
