The grand jury, sitting in Brooklyn, subpoenaed “all documents pertaining to the Committee Elect Stewart Rosenwasser and/or any committee formed with respect to the nomination or election of Stewart Rosenwasser for County Court Judge of Orange County, for the period of 1998, to the present…”

Rosenwasser said he had not heard anything officially about the subpoena; just rumor he has heard on the street.
He characterized it as “much ado about nothing.”

Rosenwasser resigned from the bench and is currently in private law practice.

The subpoena called for all financial disclosure statements including contributions, expenditures, loans and loan repayments; correspondence with those committees; opening documents for those committees; all banking institution information for those committees; treasurer information; closing documentation; and all appropriate board of elections forms.

Anon 12:38 – yes, he’s the one that tried to push out the Zaloinis from Williamsburg, and which brought the big mess on Simchas torah. but his ruling was thrown to trash when the court of appeals kicked it out.

well, looks like the world goes round..

Time will tell. THis judge should pay the price he let others pay! Even the Ahronim paid because of him. If they gave him bribe and he made them lose at the end, good for them, good for him. It all goes back at them.

Another attempt by the younger brother’s side to distort the REAL issues, which they are masters in creating side issues always.
