Nassau County police say 30-year-old Richard Bolton called 911 on Friday and said he had a bomb strapped to him near 165th Street in Jamaica.

Police say Bolton told dispatchers that he was upset about receiving summonses for violations.

They say Bolton told the dispatchers he wanted to blow up a New York City precinct, then come to Nassau and blow up more precincts.

Bolton was arrested a short time later on a charge of making a terrorist threat.

It wasn’t clear if he had an attorney.
