Jerusalem – Four days after the alleged revenge killing of Palestinian teen Muhammad Abu Khdeir convulsed the nation, one of the six unidentified Jewish extremists arrested early Sunday morning in the brutal murder confessed to the crime.

According to numerous sources, the unidentified suspects made the confession during questioning by Shin Bet security agents. While details of the arrests and investigation remain largely unknown due to a court-sanctioned gag order, hours after their arrests a Petah Tikva court ruled that five of the suspects be held for an additional eight days.
The sixth suspect has been ordered held for an additional five days and all the defendants are being barred from legal representation.
According to Channel 2, one of the suspects was cooperating with police and has incriminated his accomplices.
Following the arrests, Public Security Minister Yitzhak Aharonovitch condemned the suspects.
“The State of Israel is a country that abides by, and enforces the law, and will continue to take determined action against all those who violate the law,” the statement read. “I ask that everyone show responsibility and work to prevent further disturbances.”
Aharonovitch continued: “This was a shocking and unacceptable act which any sane person, certainly in a strong and democratic country such as the State of Israel, must strongly condemn.”
Abu Khdeir’s murder set off a chain of riots throughout east Jerusalem, with residents demanding vengeance against the suspected Israeli killers.
The Palestinian boy’s badly burned body was found by police in Jerusalem Forest shortly after residents of nearby Beit Hanina reported seeing a young man being forced into a gray vehicle early Wednesday morning.
According to the autopsy report, compiled by Israeli doctors and a Palestinian coroner, more than 90 percent of Abu Khdeir’s body sustained burns. The teen also suffered a head wound, the report determined.

This is a democratic country? Or Communist Russia? No legal representation? It’s no surprise that Israeli citizens condemn a blatant double standard that works in favor of terrorists.
while the murder off this kid was despicable, I would have loved to see the same amount of “outrage” from the international “community” and even from the Israelis themselves regarding the stabbing murder off that innocent woman two months ago and the three boys….

Interesting how strong the world pressure was….how quickly Israel found and arrested these kids….and how long it’s taking Israel (with zero help from the arabsss) to find the killers of the 3 Kedoshim, with nary a word if world condemnation, the double standard reeks. No wonder the Israeli youth are so frustrated and angry that Israel isn’t finding the killers of the 3 Israeli boys, and isn’t doing anything to stop the rocket attacks. Unfortunately they took matters into their own hands. Israel needs to get tough and protect her citizens and show the same enthusiasm and speed that they showed in arresting Israeli kids!

For all those who are so quick to condemn… indications are that these were minors who perpetrated this crime. Bear in mind that their vengeful act was one of frustration over having 3 innocent brothers of theirs murdered coldly and callously. This didn’t give them the right to act as they did, but their immature minds could only grasp that if Arabs can murder innocent Jews, so can Jews kill innocent Arabs. The vast difference between us and them is that we condemn this heinous act while they celebrate, hand out candy and name streets for the murderers of our people. We teach peace and respect while they preach hatred and intolerance. You want to condemn? Start with the enemy who initiated this vicious cycle to begin with.
