The Times of Israel (http://bit.ly/1rV7Z0R)  reports Netanyahu’s reps met with Aryeh Deri, Shas party chairman, and United Torah Judaism MKs Moshe Gafni and Yaakov Litzman.

Sources allege Netanyahu may approach Isaac Herzog, Labor Party chairman.

United Torah Judaism MKs said talk had occurred, but denied a significant offer from the prime minister.

Deri stated on Wednesday that his party does not see a need to enter into a union with Netanyahu and will “support the government from the outside.”

Litzman sources stated that the news of a coalition is “unfounded” and another anonymous United Torah Judaism source stated that ultra-Orthodox Jews would most likely not join a coalition with the prime minister based on the passing of a law that hands out criminal penalties for yeshiva students who avoid Israeli Defense Force services.

Herzog has not confirmed that Netanyahu has approached him and has been pushing for his own coalition, saying Justice Minister Tzipi Livni and Finance Minister Yair Lapid should pull their parties away from Netanyahu and form a new government with the Labor Party.

It would be great if Israel could find someone more hawkish. Netanyahu got us here, but that won’t get us there. And “there” is where we need to be if the world is to survive the 21st century. Every time the Hamas y”sh need to rearm, they call a truce, and Bibi falls for it every time

Trust me, Bibi is not naïve. If he agrees to the truce, it’s because he feels its the best of his options.

Hopefully, the anti-Zionist segment of the Chareidi community will put aside their political agenda and join in a national coalition supporting the government in taking whatever action is deemed necessary to destroy Hamas. If any of these rabbonim actively seek to undermine that effort they should literally be run over and in extreme cases, charged with treason for threatening national security in a time of war. For those like the Satmar and that other jerk who yesterday blamed the death of the three kedoshim on the Gay Pride parade last month in Tel Aviv, its time to simply shut up.

When you see how toddlers are indoctrinated to murder Yidden and even ambulances and all other institutions are utilized to kill- you understand “al t’chaya kol neshama”.

#3 Anonymous – please do not speak so disrespectfully about the venerated great and holy Bostoner Rebbe, Rebi Mayer Shlita who you describe as “that other jerk”.. The Rebbe Shlita did not ascribe the death of the three martyrs to the gay parade. What the Rebbe Shlita said was that these boys were abducted on Friday of the glorious gay parade in Tel Aviv. The Rebbe has immense ruach hakodesh and is greatly admired in every section of Klal Yisroel. Next time you are at a major simcha look out for him – he always dresses very correctly with his Rebbish white scarf and goes with a Rebbish silver topped cane. He bentches all who ask him sincerely for his birkas hakodesh.

It is unfortunate the Chareidim will be the first to jump on the bandwagon.
The frum community in general have the most hawkish militant attitude when it comes to Arabs but they themselves refuse to serve in the IDF.
By expanding the Gaza operation things will only get worse. These Hamas terrorist don’t care when Arab blood is spilled and for sure don’t care when Jews get killed. Once this is over Hamas will lay low for a while until they get back on their feet and again they will start with rocket shooting.

Any sane Jew who lives in the occupied territories among Palestinians is like a person who is willing to commit suicide they are putting their entire families into a lions den.

Now is time to admit how wrong it is for jews to have thier own state before the coming of Moshiach. After sixty years and a day doesnt go by not fearing of a sucide bomber.
    Yidden,wake up.

Reply to 8. I have a nice rooftop in Gaza I’d like to plant you on.

Why don’t you take a walk over there and see how your precious Palestinians dismember you piece by piece
