Vaani Evtach boch!!!!
Let the lawsuit begin!
Well this is a gloomy day for Rubashkin’s enemies.
Let’s hope to hear more besuros tovos.
They are drowning in their mistakes.
Baruch Hashem!!!!!
what was the mistake they made and why did it not hit the secular news?
YOIDI LASHEM CHASDOI VENIFLEOIDOV LIVNEI ODOM
the next place they will go after is all the fruit, grocery stores and construction sites
Get a top lawyer & sue the INS. even if you don’t win $$ you can stop this happening again.
Nice to see that there is some semblance of justice here. Sure there were plenty of illegals, but not as many as they said, and not company sponsored. This is a witch hunt.
Boruch Hashem!
A mentch tracht un Gott Lacht..shame on you, INS!!! Justice will prevail..chasdei Hashem ki lo sumnu, Ki lo chuloo Rachamov..
BH,They should give him a big compensation for all the suffering
Is this really a surprise after the non existent drug lab, the non existent weapons trade, and the non existent document manufacturing?
The people who want to find fault with Rubashkin will come up anything
This is so unforgivable. I’m sure this is a good man, working for many years with AgriProcessors. I can imagine how his family must have felt for 5 weeks knowing their father/husband is an American citizen being accused of lying to his country. Immigration service should slow down and think about what they are doing before their next raid on a business. They don’t understand they are ruining a good Jewish business selling quality kosher products for the majority of the country.
