“Had Hamas accepted the Egyptian proposal, it could have saved the lives of at least 40 Palestinians,” said Sameh Shoukri, Egypt’s FM, as reported by Egyptian state news agency MENA.

Egypt had attempted to broker a truce deal between Israel and Hamas. Israel accepted the plan, but Hamas rejected the plan.

The Israeli Security Cabinet on Sunday morning accepted the original Egyptian proposal for a ceasefire that, from Israel’s perspective, went into effect at 9:00 am. Hamas quickly broke the ceasefire by continuing to launch rockets into Israel.

Hamas spokesman Fawzi Barhoum said Monday night in response an Egyptian ceasefire proposal that his movement would not accept any truce that excludes the conditions of the Palestinian groups and people.

Following a day of heavy rocket attacks from Gaza, the IDF began a ground operation in Gaza on Thursday night.

One of the ‘conditions’ of Hamas for peace, is for Egypt to open up its crossings between Gaza and Egypt.
My question: Why are no rockets aimed at Egypt?

China Sent a minister yesterday to mediate a truce between the warring parties, since China wants a stable Middle East for their own economic agenda namely oil and their recent six billion dollar investment in Israel dairy Tenuva and fertilizer chemical Agam Machtishim Company. They also need to save face since most of the missles have a made in china label on them and they don’t want them hitting any of the Tenuva or Agam Machtishim plants scattered around the country. Luckily so far the Chinese made missles which Hamas obtained from syria, iran, and iraq which were made in China have not exploded. Perhaps china sold them “knock offs”
(No pun intended) since China already knew they were going to be used against Israel and they may target their 6 billion dollar investment so they delivered missles with no fire power or payload. China stays a step ahead and now is the time for them to send in their troops to Gaza to destroy all the missle launchers which may drop on their real estate and business investment in Israel! May their minister who is presently in the middle east suggest the only logical approach to this war with Hamas!

These morons don’t understand that they are not in a position to negotiate terms. They are terrorist aggressors with much more limited ability to cause damage.
