“Tel Aviv was under missile fire and people were running into bomb shelters. I don’t think anybody felt physically threatened, but it was not conducive to shooting,” he said.

“Tyrant” stars Adam Rayner as the second son of a dictator in a fictional Mideast country who returns with his family after making a life in America.

FX says the show moved last week and season one’s remaining two episodes will be shot in Turkey.

“Tyrant” is not the only show that has reconsidered filming in Israel.

The show is now shooting in Cape Town, South Africa.
