Boca Raton, FL – New York Mayor Michael Bloomberg is urging Jewish voters to denounce the online whisper campaign that for months has pushed the false rumor that Democrat Barack Obama is secretly a Muslim.

Bloomberg is speaking to members of a Jewish group in Boca Raton, Fla. He’s warning them that the attempt to portray Obama as a shadowy Muslim with a hidden agenda often targets Jewish voters online and with e-mails.

The mayor says the deceptive campaign against Obama, who is a Christian, threatens to undo the strides that Jews and Muslims have made together.

The billionaire independent has not endorsed anyone yet in the presidential race. But his powerful defense of Obama today could help the Illinois senator in Florida, home to many Jewish voters.

obama was born to a muslem father – undisputed

went to a madrassah (muslem cheder) – undisputed

according to moslem law he is a muslim- undisputed

he then spent 20 years participating on a weekly basis in a racist anti-american, anti-white church (that calls itself christian, certainly not mainstream)- undisputed

why don’t ppl come to their senses? the emails are correct. if obama denies them, he’s a stinking liar. let him confront them, let him address the nation about his madrassah days

“went to a madrassah (muslem cheder) – undisputed”

Wrong. Did NOT go to a midrassa – undisputed.

I know you’re hoping and wishing for that to be true, in fact, it’s not.

Who cares whether BHO is Muslim, Christian, Buddhist, Taoist or a believer in Molech?

If you like his policies, vote for him. If not, vote for McCain (as I will do, bli neder).

I really think too much is made of this nareshkeit. I mean, are Christians automatically such ohavei yisroel either? Jimmy Carter is a ‘born again’ christian, and has no family Muslim connections, but does that make him a friend of ours?

Anon 10:15 – even if any of that were true (which it isnt, learn the facts) the question is SO WHAT?

    that doesnt make him bad.

There are reall issues here and real concerns. when you post narishkeit you undermine and deligitimize the REAL valid concerns people can have with him.

That was the silliest comment I have ever seen here, that Obama is a “friend of the jEWISH people. If elected, G-D Forbid-you will see how friendly he is when he is trying to boot you out of this country.

That Black-Jewish alliance from Civil Rights times-Selma, AL, marches, etc. is a big lie- The Jews sided with the Blacks many times, but I don’t see any mutual “alliance” (one sided only)- Where were they joined up with us for Jewish causes, and rallies, soviet Jewry, etc?

    Murray,

Read some of Rev. Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr.’s statements on Zionism, anti-Semitism, and the oppression of Jews in the former Soviet Union and see if you think that the alliance was one sided. Particularly regarding the former Soviet Union, King was out there before it was on the radar screen of American Jews. Why weren’t Jews standing with HIM when he was speaking out?

And today, Black congressmen such as Charles Rangel, Edolphus Towns, John Lewis, and Alcee Hastings are some of our best friends in government.

    Charlie,

A few of the people you named are pure anti semites …

Obama is pandering, he will give away all of Jerusalem and make Israel and the US ten times less safe then we are.

We can’t afford to be wrong … we must do what we can to remind people NOT to vote for Obama.

What’s w/ Bloomberg? Every week now he comes out w/ some wacky or unpopular idea. Is he become a bit, you know, off his rocker?

Obama–whatever you say about his policies, whether you like him or not, you have to admit, he’s not American through and through. Sure, he was born here, but he was raised overseas, much of his family lives overseas, he’s on-again/off-again w/ the flag pin, etc., etc. Basically, it’s like he just happens to be here. The question is, should the President of the United States just happen to be here, or should he be American through and through in the blood of his veins?
