Austria – An Austrian court has declared a Croatian Nazi war crimes suspect senile for a fourth time.
The ruling will prevent the extradition of Milivoj Asner to his homeland for trial.

The latest examination was prompted by angry reactions to media pictures showing the 95-year-old man relaxing with Croatian football fans in the town of Klagenfurt, where he lives with his wife.

Asner is accused of having organised the deportation of Serbs, Jews and gypsies to concentration camps when he served as a police chief under Croatia’s Nazi-allied Ustasha regime.
Mr Asner has publicly admitted deporting people but he denied they were sent to concentration camps.

The Croatian government has repeatedly requested his extradition.

What’s there to say? We really should not expect justice on this earth. It is far more comforting to contemplate this rasha’s punishment in the world to come. I hope he knows what’s coming………..
