Jerusalem – The Iron Dome defense system intercept two rockets fired in a barrage targeting the greater Tel Aviv area on Thursday evening.

Another projectile hit a parking lot near a residential area in Kiryat Gat, Channel 2 reported. Two other rockets landed in open areas in the city. One person was lightly injured after one of the rockets impacted near a building.
Rocket alert sirens were sounded in Tel Aviv, Bnei Barak, Givat Shmuel , Givatayim and Ramat Gan.
