“Israel has accepted the U.S./U.N. proposal for a 72-hour humanitarian ceasefire beginning 8 a.m. (0500 GMT) Friday,” said the official, who made the statement on condition of anonymity
Finally after weeks of the inane war, something sensible is being achieved. I sincerely hope that a lonstanding cease fire should be achieved in the near days. this horrendous war that claimed so many lives and achieved nothing, should please come to an end.
First missile fired should cancel the cease-fire for good.
Here we go again. When will Bibi stop caving in to obama’s and the UN pressure, and start worrying only about Israel? How many times do you have to be played for the fool? The cease fires have consisted of Israel ceasing and hamas continuing to fire!
Don’t know why but have a shabbat shalom from all of us. Enjoy the rest.
I think Bibi did a great job till now
This is it chevra we are Jews and we will always suffer from the rest of the world
Reply to comment #1 : I’m no hawk, and the general news is horrible, but I wouldn’t say this war achieved nothing. If these tunnels of destruction can be eliminated, and the rocket launchers destroyed, we will all be safer, and that is something. (I won’t even mention deterrence, because Hamas leadership doesn’t follow any rules of logic.)
