Patrolman Jason Yahr responded to the Jewish Federation of Ocean County at 301 Madison Ave. to take a report of the theft from Danny Goldberg, executive director of the organization, Detective Steve Wexler said.
Goldberg said the car was a 1989 Dodge Shadow which had a problem and would start but would not run for very long. The car had been on the property since the winter months, and he was going to fix it when he had the time, Goldberg said. “I like to tinker,” Goldberg said. He fixes the cars donated to the organization in his spare time.
The car had 31,000 miles on it and belonged to a resident from Leisure Village who donated the vehicle to be used for charity, Goldberg said.
Goldberg said it is a shame that a donation to a charity was stolen.
89 shadow . haven’t seen those on road for quite some years
ain chutzpa gedola mezu (yiddish:ther isn’t a bigger bad altiude than this)
too bad.
The thief has pretty poor taste in cars.
The thief is probably one huge looser anyway. He knew that the car has no alarm system, and probably is easy to break into. He must be one super fool.
why cant they find the car if it dosent run for long
