Borough Park, NY – With the help of Boro Park Shomrim Patrol the NYPD of the 66th Pct have under arrest a sexual assault perpetrator who was wanted for sexually abusing two Orthodox Jewish girls minors at 57th Street in the Borough Park section of Brooklyn, perp is now in custody of the NYPD at 50th Street and 19th Avenue.
The perp, 49-year-old Constantine Kotzalides lured the two girls and sexually assaulted them at the scene, then tried to leave the scene, but after a chase he was stopped.
The victims, both Orthodox Jewish girls from the neighborhood, were treated at Maimonides Medical Center.
U/D Brooklyn: NYPD officlas say that Kotzalides was charged with criminal sex act, sex abuse, unlawful imprisonment, forceable touching, endangering the welfare of a child and public lewdness and he is also wanted for numerous additional sexual assaults on Minors In The 66 & 70 Pct Area. (At Least 3 Today)
The Fellow was Driving a black Maxima with tinted windows. He is in his mid 50s with a dark complexion. I hope that if anybody has had issues with someone of this description that they call the 66th Pct.

Not related at all. They were searching the roof tops because of a report of a commerical break-in.
