According to the Daily News, the upper Manhattan neighborhood is the noisiest in the city with nearly 5,700 noise complaints to 311.
Statistics date from July 1, 2007, when the city introduced a tough new noise code that covered more noisemakers and raised fines.
The Daily News says noise complaints jumped 8 percent citywide to nearly 295,000 — most of them about loud neighbors.
After Hamilton Heights, Williamsburg, Brooklyn had the second most number of complaints, followed by Flatbush, Fordham and Washington Heights.
