If CPR was in progress, the patient was not “killed”, he / she was already dead!

Um, if you are forced to stop CPR, then it is being killed. You are still alive during CPR.

no…if cpr is in progress, you are clinically DEAD….CPR is to bring back to life. Last time I checked, one does not proform CPR on a live person! You cannot kill a dead person, only bring them back to life with CPR, drugs and defibrillation!!!

I agree with the first poster. This was written as a sensationalized piece by saying “The patient being transported was killed at the scene of the accident”

The accident was tragic. The comments are unnecessary and seem unnecessarily insensitive. May the rbs”o bring comfort to the family of the deceased and a refuah to those injured.
