New York, NY – Sources close to the five sitting NYC borough District Attorneys say the legal chiefs are beginning to feel slighted, as Mayor Bill de Blasio’s office has ignored repeated requests for sit-downs while meeting with Rev. Al Sharpton multiple times since March.

NYPOST.com (http://bit.ly/ZdPnNu) reports that sources close to the matter say that since March the five sitting DA’s have both individually and collectively contacted de Blasio’s office about the possibility of meetings, but have received no acknowledgment whatsoever from the mayor’s staff.
In one instance, Bronx DA Robert Johnson’s March 11 email to de Blasio requesting a group meeting between all five DAs and the mayor received no confirmation whatsoever.
One insider said the DAs were “surprised” that they never got a response.
Meanwhile, de Balsio has made time to meet personally with the Rev. Al Sharpton multiple times, most notably at Sharpton’s 60th birthday gala last week, at which de Blasio called him a “blessing for the city.”
De Balsio spokesman Phil Walczak said the mayor plans on meeting with the borough DA’s in the “near future.”
If Sharpton had a son, he’d look just like Dante.
