Jackson, NJ – New Jersey authorities have decided that pictures posted on social media by a teenager of herself dressed like Hitler and of a popular Orthodox Jewish gathering spot with the caption “perfect bombing time” were not criminal.

Al Della Fave, a spokesman for the Ocean County Prosecutor’s Office, told the Asbury Park Press (http://on.app.com/1v2cu7A) the pro-Hitler images posted by the Jackson teen and others never posed a danger to the community. Authorities say the behavior may have been offensive but it was not criminal.
The girl is the daughter of a New Jersey state police sergeant. Della Fave says the teenager wasn’t given special treatment because of her connection to law enforcement.
She’s luck she didn’t try this shtick with a picture of Mohammad in a Muslim neighborhood.

Am I reading it right? Because she is doughter of a policeman – she wasn’t not arrested for anticemitic stuff?
If he would do it to blacks – she and her father would be already charged a long time ago!
If this is not criminal, what else is criminal?
She should be arrested and her father should be removed from his duty at least temporary to teach everybody a lesson!
