Chair of the American Conservative Union Foundation and former CEO of Hewlett-Packard Carly Fiorina speaks at the Conservative Political Action Conference (CPAC) in Oxon Hill, Maryland, March 8, 2014. CPAC closes after 3 days where thousands of conservative activists, Republicans and Tea Party Patriots gathered to hear politicians, presidential hopefuls, and business leaders speak, lobby and network for a conservative agenda, looking to Congressional gains in 2014 and a Republican president in 2016. The former Hewlett-Packard CEO on Thursday challenged Clinton to name a single accomplishment from her time as secretary of state.

“Like Mrs. Clinton, I too have traveled the globe” Fiorina said. “Unlike Mrs. Clinton, I know that flying is an activity, not an accomplishment.”

Fiorina, who ran unsuccessfully for the U.S. Senate in California in 2010, was among several featured speakers on the first day of the Conservative Political Action Conference — known as CPAC. The annual conference features a parade of more than a dozen potential Republican presidential contenders hoping to win over conservative activists.

Fiorina also challenged Clinton to explain millions of dollars from foreign governments donated to the foundation launched by her husband, former President Bill Clinton, more than a decade ago. The organization has battled HIV and AIDS in Africa, educated millions of children and fed the poor and hungry around the globe.

A Clinton spokesman did not immediately respond to a request for comment.

The foundation has defended its financial support and addressed how it might function if Hillary Rodham Clinton runs for president. If she seeks office again, something taken as a given by most, the foundation said it would ensure that its policies and practices are “appropriate, just as we did when she served as secretary of state.”

“She tweets about women’s rights in this country and takes money from governments that deny women the most basic human rights,” Fiorina charged and later added, “Hillary likes hashtags. But she doesn’t know what leadership means.”

Clinton was a regular punching bag on the first day of CPAC. She is the overwhelming favorite to win the Democratic presidential nomination should she run and would be the nation’s first female president.

“If Hillary Clinton had to face me on a debate stage, at the very least she would have a hitch in her swing,” Fiorina said.

It’s like in the KGB, if you want to grow, you need to step on some one else.
