London – Neo-Nazi Arrested For Plans To Incite Racial Hatred Against Jews

London – Neo-Nazi Joshua Bonehill-Paine, 22, of Yeovil has been arrested following a series of blog posts that police say are intended to incite racial hatred.

The JC.com writes (http://bit.ly/1dlvhYA) that Bonehill-Paine encouraged likeminded individuals to join him at a neo-Nazi demonstration scheduled to take place on Shabbat, July 4, in Golders Green. On his website, he posted an image of Auschwitz-Birkenau and a can of weed killer with the caption, “Liberate Golders Green: An anti-Jewification event. We’ve become complacent and allowed for weeds to grow in the cracks of London. It’s time to clear them out with round-up and liberate Golders Green for future generations of white people. Join us on July 4 for what promises to be an absolute gas!”

Another posting depicted an emoticon resembling Hitler that read, “Hey kids! We’re going to Golders Green on July 4 for a party. Join us for what promises to be absolute gas!” Last week, the 22-year-old said he and his supporters were planning to burn copies of the Talmud before the July 4 event.

Metropolitan Police were alerted to the posts and took Bonehill-Paine into custody at a central London police station. A spokeswoman said, “Officers continue to assess all information and intelligence available in relation to the proposed demonstration and speak with organizers to ensure we have an appropriate policing response in place. We are aware of concerns in the local community about the negative impact this proposed demonstration may have on them and are working with residents to ensure that people can exercise their rights in a way that is lawful, while minimizing this impact.”

For his part, Bonehill-Paine was unfazed when he was arrested saying, “A few months in prison is absolutely no consequence to me. I’ll be back out to continue leading the Anti-Jewification initiative and my voice will remain strong.”
