Washington, D.C. – According to a USA Today/Suffolk University Poll, Donald Trump is leading in the GOP race, but his efforts are stilted when up against Hilary Clinton.

Trump is the weakest competitor amid the top seven GOP candidates against Democrat Clinton, according to USA Today (http://usat.ly/1M9eyXM).
In a hypothetical head-to-head against Clinton, Bush is the strongest candidate against her with the nation polling 46 percent to 42 percent, just four points. Trump lags by 17 points in 51 percent to 34 percent.
Almost half of those surveyed, 48 percent, said Trump’s immigration comments matter a lot to their vote.
Trump currently leads at 17 percent among in the GOP race, and former Florida Governor Jeb Bush is at 14 percent. The survey of 1,000 adults, taken by landline and cellphone Thursday through Sunday, has a margin of error of plus or minus 3 percentage points.

How does that 3 point margin of error change if all 1000 polled live in Texas or Arizona – states with major issues with Mexico?

This shows how dumb Republican voters really are. They’ll nominate a man they know from all the polling has the least chance of beating Hillary. A Trump nomination will guarantee a Clinton presidency — and the Republican professionals all know this.
Run the same polls, just instead of Trump insert Bozo the Clown, El Chapo, Batman, Sarah Palin, the Soup Nazi, etc. and I am certain you’ll have the same results.
Let him enjoy his 15 minutes at # 1.
