YNETNEWS.com (http://bit.ly/1Pk2W2b) reports that Yosef Chaim Jabali was ordered held until late Monday by a Jerusalem Magistrate Court judge on a suspicion of assault charge stemming from the incident.

According to witnesses, Jabali took offense to the 15 year-old girl’s immodest dress and spat on her just outside a Strauss St. clinic near the Haredi neighborhoods of Jerusalem.

Relatives of the girl contacted police who a short time later apprehended Jabali, despite an attempted escape.

Police requested that the suspect be remanded until Wednesday, but the judge ordered a 6 p.m. Monday release provided Jabali adheres to court ordered restrictions and agrees to show up for questioning.

The authorities are going to have to get tough with these animals, who not only harass women, but also attack IDF soldiers, as well as motorists. They are no different than the religious police in Saudi Arabia, or the Taliban in Afghanistan.

I (a charedi) was spit upon in yerushalayim by a secular truck driver. I strongly suspect it had something to do with the obviously charedi garb I was wearing. I can just imagine reporting that to the mishtara. and get another few mouthfuls to boot!

Arabs curse at Jews all the time. The police do nothing. A girl not dressed modestly should stay away from religious areas. Simple

It’s perfectly fine for Jews in Eretz Yisroel to violate every issur of the Torah, in the Palace of the King, but if a Jew shows that he objects, then HE gets arrested. That’s the “jewish” state for you.

The govt should appoint Dov Lipman to lead a new task force called Umbrella. To shield all innocents from putrid assaults using non acidic liquids as the attack medium.

There are so many injustices in the world and especially in Israel, visa a vi the religious non religious, or the Arab and Jews, or just normal and the gays, that we must work hard to be normal, but one should know that this article comes from Ynet, a very anti religious news site.

If there is one INJUSTICE not reported on, it is the perverted anti-Jewish, anti-religious and anti-Bibi slant of Ynet, who instead of reporting news, prefer to print anything they can that is anti-Jewish, anti-religious and anti-Bibi.

We should complain to high heaven and protest Ynet’s discrimination policies and be much aware that anything from Ynet is slanted against the religious, the traditional Jewish values and Bibi.

The girl who was spat upon is my sister, and I am outraged! The man who spit on the girl is my brother and I am saddened. Perhaps if these antagonists were to realize how closely related they are to each other, they would each avoid engaging in behavior offensive to one another.

As Rodney King, the late lamented eminent philosopher of the 20th century, expressed it, “C-c-c-ant we all just along?”
