Tspiras, elected in January, is expected to make a televised state address on Thursday evening.

Tsipras effectively lost his parliamentary majority after a rebellion by hardliners in his Syriza party who oppose a bailout agreement struck with international lenders.

Greece is a perpetual economic mess. Most of the men don’t work, they hang out tavernas all day. The women work like slaves. And they have the lowest tax paying rate in the West. Evading taxes is the national sport. Besides Jew-hating, which is their favorite pastime. The Greeks who get here are great, hard workers, pay taxes. Hopefully the prime minister will lose the “snap” election and never be heard from again. He’s a big fan of Putin and Hamas.
