From someone who has to go to Bayonne ever day this work on the Bayonne bridge is a disaster
They have it closed every night from 9 pm till 5 am and from 9 am till 3 pm it’s killing the business that are in Bayonne
To make matters worse they started Consrochion on the turnpike to get of in Bayonne by exit 14a so if you miss the Bayonne bridge in the morning before it closes you can wait about an hour to go through exit 14 a
The port authority should be ashamed of them self for doing all this work at the same time
I have spoken to City Hall in Bayonne about this and they said you are right but the port authority does not have to answer to anyone and they can do whatever they want
