The Skytrain serving Terminal D went off its track early Tuesday. Airport officials tweeted Saturday morning: “All systems fully functioning. The D Skytrain is running & back in service. Thanks for your patience.”

Terminal D serves American Airlines and American Eagle. The Skytrain helps move passengers between the terminal’s 60 gates.

Airport spokesman Greg Chin said in an email that the cause of the derailment is still under investigation. Chin says an average of 40,000 passengers use the Skytrain daily.
