The New Jersey governor charged the president with “withdrawing” America from the world and failing to engage with foreign leaders to forge alliances. He referred to Clinton as “Secretary Happy Talk” for “seeing the world as she wishes it was.”

Thursday evening’s wide-ranging dialogue was sponsored by the World Values Network, an organization whose mission is to “advance universal Jewish values in politics,” according to its website.

Christie covered topics including North Korea, Syria, the Iran nuclear deal, Russian president Vladimir Putin and the world refugee crisis.

Christie was to attend a fundraiser in New York later Thursday.

Isn’t Christie the fellow who wanted to lock up travelers from Africa? Isn’t he one of the guys who want to build fences on our borders?

As usual from Republicans, we get an opinion with absolutely no supporting facts. Obama has regular meetings with the G7, will be meeting with Angela Merkel in April, just attended the climate talks in Paris, which was one of the largest gatherings of world leaders in the past few years. In 2015 Obama visited India, Saudi Arabia, Jamaica, Panama,Germany, Kenya, Ethiopia, Turkey, Philippines, Malaysia, and France (his daily schedule is public information). In December alone, John Kerry traveled to France (3 times), Belgium, Russia, Kosovo, Serbia, Cyprus and Greece (his travel schedule is published on the State Department website and was massive for 2015). There are, of course, phone calls, correspondence, meetings with foreign dignitaries and ambassadors, etc. Quite clearly, this administration is NOT disengaged with other countries. It is perfectly fine to disagree with Obama’s policies (presuming one actually knows what those policies are), but this continual lying is not acceptable and is not productive. Feel free to provide FACTS to challenge mine.
