Lima police say the gesture followed a department Facebook posting about Donald “Chip” Pugh. Police say the 45-year-old Pugh is wanted for failing to appear in court and is also a person of interest in several other cases, including arson and vandalism.

Police say Pugh sent them a picture of himself in a sport coat and wearing sunglasses along with a message stating, “Here is a better photo that one is terrible.”

Police thanked him and said they want to speak with him.

The Lima News reports that Pugh also criticized the photos on a radio show last week.

This reminds me of the whole Seinfeld peace where he talks about the guy in the mugshot and why they just didnt hold onto him when they took the picture.
